Overview

+ROP is the release layer with biometric authentication. No +Shield effector can be released without an authenticated human operator — the human-in-the-loop doctrine enforced in hardware and software, not as an optional setting.

It is the technical answer to the central ethical question of autonomous weapons: a human, identified and accountable, authorises every engagement.
