Human-in-the-loop is non-negotiable
THE HUMAN DECIDES
No +Shield system performs autonomous lethal engagement. A human operator authorises every kill decision via +ROP biometric authentication.
ENGINEERED, NOT BOLTED ON
Human authority is enforced in the architecture (+ROP), not offered as an optional setting or a company policy.
DEFENSIVE PURPOSE
The programme is oriented to air defence and force protection — defeating incoming threats, not offensive strike.
WITHIN THE LAW
Export is subject to EU Regulation 258/2012 and national licensing. Sensitive tiers are subject to international legal authorisation.
Some capability tiers are subject to international legal authorisation and are not publicly documented. Where this applies — the +N tier — the site carries no specifications or materials.
